The fourth installment of Food & Hotel Vietnam is back in Ho Chi Minh City. Held over four days, the fair brought together the food and hospitality industries in Vietnam.

Food & Hotel Vietnam saw some 250 exhibitors from 20 countries including Spain, Korea, United States, France, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong, India and Singapore.
The business platform and meeting point displayed the latest products, equipment, services and solutions from the food and hospitality industries. The food and drink category includes a wide and diverse range, covering drinks and beverages, wines, spirits and beer, chilled and frozen food, confectionery, snacks and ice cream, dairy products, fresh produce, seafood, as well as processed and convenience foods.
Visitors to the fair were also treated to a visual culinary sight when chefs pit their skills against one another in nine different categories and showcased their creations in the Vietnam Culinary Challenge. On top of that, there were displays of culinary art, fruit and vegetable carving, as well as live cooking extravaganza.
An annual affair, Food & Hotel Vietnam saw approximately 7,000 visitors this year. It is the perfect place to discover budding talents in the food industry.

The hospitality equipment and supplies segment offered products such as bakery & confectionery equipment, bar & coffee equipment, food service & catering equipment, retail solutions & information systems, interior furnishing fixtures & lighting accessories, refrigeration & storage, as well as tableware.
Amidst the delicious aroma at the Ho Chi Minh International Exhibition & Convention Centre, BuySingaporeTM busied itself collecting trade leads for its business matching portal. Meeting with buyers and suppliers from both the food and hospitality industries, and with the help of Vietnamese interpreters, BuySingaporeTM made its presence known to these industry professionals.
The business matching portal will next be traveling to Bangkok for the Metalex show in November.
